  1. Do I need previous sales experience to apply?

    No. Most of the people we hire have no formal sales background. We provide hands-on training from day one, and coachability matters far more to us than a resume full of sales titles.

  2. What kind of positions are you hiring for?

    We hire entry-level sales and marketing representatives, and we promote from within into trainer, team leader and management roles. If you are unsure which role fits, apply and tell us what you are looking for.

  3. How soon will I hear back after applying?

    You will hear from us within 24 hours of submitting your application. If your background looks like a fit, the next step is a short conversation followed by an in-person interview at our Eau Claire office.

  4. How is compensation structured?

    Compensation is performance-based and is explained openly and in full during the interview process, before any offer is made. We do not ask anyone to pay for training or materials.

  5. Where would I be working?

    Our office is at 3402 Oakwood Mall Drive, Suite 200 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and our team works throughout Eau Claire and the surrounding Chippewa Valley.
